Job Title:  Part-time Teller

Branch:  Willow Branch – Enid

Hours:  Flexible hours (Monday – Saturday) 25 – 28 hours per week

Job Summary:  Primary responsibility is to handle cash and serve customers by providing personal contact between the customer and the bank through sales opportunities and/or referrals.  Must be able to communicate effectively and have the ability to count and make accurate change transactions.  Basic computer skills and 10-key is required.  EOE/AA/Vet/Disability.

Job Title:  Personal Banker/Teller Back-up

Branch:  Blackwell Branch

Hours:  8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday) 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Saturday)

Job Summary:  Primary responsibility is to open accounts and maintain existing accounts according to procedural guidelines.  Analyze customer needs and recommend bank products to meet individual needs.  Participate in sales meetings and training programs to obtain and refine product knowledge and selling skills.  Must be able to communicate effectively.  Back-up the teller line as needed.  EOE/AA/Vet/Disability.

Job Title:  Prepaid Card Clerk

Branch:  Main Bank –  Enid

Hours:  8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday)

Job Summary:  Responsible for the daily and/or monthly reconciliation of various DDA accounts associated with the settlement of funds related to Prepaid Card Programs which includes working with processors and program managers to insure that funds are settling to the appropriate DDA settlement accounts.  Individual must have a basic understanding of accounting and have a strong background of the various software programs with heavy emphasis on spreadsheets.  Must be able to communicate effectively and also have good planning and organizational skills.  EOE/AA/Vet/Disability.

Job Title:  Client Relationship Specialist

Branch:  Enid Branch

Hours:  8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday)

Job Summary:  Serve as the primary contact for Program Managers through implementation and ongoing support.  Gather and document new prepaid product definitions as well as enhancements from clients.  Directly responsible for final signoff prior to any new programs and/or changes being placed into productions are completed before launching to consumers.  Must be organized and detail-oriented with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.  EOE/AA/Vet/Disability.

Job Title:  Payment Products Specialist

Branch:  Enid Branch

Hours:  8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday)

Job Summary:  Serve as the primary project manager for Bank Payment Products through development, implementation, and ongoing support to clients using industry experience and contact with customers and prospects.  Responsible for payment product quality assurance testing insuring that all new and ongoing products functions and settle as defined and adhere to standards and/or contracts.  This position will require traveling to client locations as needed.  Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to concurrently manage multiple projects.    EOE/AA/Vet/Disability.
