Job Title: Lending Administrative Assistant

Branch: Enid – Main Bank

Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday)

Job Summary: Assist officers in preparing, processing and completing all types of loan documentation and is knowledgeable of lending policies, procedures and regulations governing the same. Prepare advances and payments on loans as well as generating computer input forms for loan transactions. Act as a departmental receptionist answering telephones and directing department calls as needed. Bank experience a plus. EOE/AA/Vet/Disability.

Job Title:  Part-time Teller

Branch:  Willow Branch – Enid

Hours:  Flexible hours (Monday – Saturday) 25 – 28 hours per week

Job Summary:  Primary responsibility is to handle cash and serve customers by providing personal contact between the customer and the bank through sales opportunities and/or referrals.  Must be able to communicate effectively and have the ability to count and make accurate change transactions.  Basic computer skills and 10-key is required.  EOE/AA/Vet/Disability.

Job Title:  Personal Banker/Teller Back-up

Branch:  Blackwell Branch

Hours:  8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday) 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Saturday)

Job Summary:  Primary responsibility is to open accounts and maintain existing accounts according to procedural guidelines.  Analyze customer needs and recommend bank products to meet individual needs.  Participate in sales meetings and training programs to obtain and refine product knowledge and selling skills.  Must be able to communicate effectively.  Back-up the teller line as needed.  EOE/AA/Vet/Disability.
