Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Branch: Wealth Management (Enid Main Branch)

Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday)

Job Summary: Individual will serve as an Assistant to all Wealth Management Personnel. Provides customer service by phone, mail and in person. Must have the ability to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy, which includes preparation of state withholdings, OESC reports and year-end tax forms. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access software is preferred. EOE/AA/Vet/Disability.
