Job Title: Part-time Items Processing Clerk
Branch: Enid – Main Bank
Hours: 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Monday – Thursday) 3:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (Friday)
Job Summary: Individual is responsible for all aspects of capturing, reject re-entry, correcting, and balancing of customers’ daily transactions. Insure outgoing cash letters are produced accurately and timely and sent electronically for deposit each day. Assist bank employees in image and/or transaction research. Ability to 10-key is a must. Job Title: Part-time Customer Service Representative
Enid – Main Bank
Hours: Approximately 30 per week (Monday – Sunday) Flexible daytime hours
Job Summary: Individual must be able to work daytime hours during the week and also be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays to assist customers on their accounts and prepaid cards with professional and friendly phone interaction. Job Title: Lending Administrative Assistant
Branch: Enid – Main Bank
Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday)
Job Summary: Assist officers in preparing, processing and completing all types of loan documentation and is knowledgeable of lending policies, procedures and regulations governing the same. Prepare advances and payments on loans as well as generating computer input forms for loan transactions. Act as a departmental receptionist answering telephones and directing department calls as needed. Bank experience a plus. EOE/AA/Vet/Disability.
