Central Money Market

The money you deposit into your Central Money Market Account is invested by our team of experts in  low risk government and corporate securities and pays you interest based on current interest rates in the Money Markets. The Central Money Market Account is actually a savings account, but you may write checks from it.

  • Minimum deposit of $100
  • Interest accrues daily on all collected balances and is deposited into your account monthly
  • Interest rate is based on minimum balance
  • Current Money Market interest rate is paid on balances of $2,500 or more
  • Balances of $2,499.99 and below are paid at the lower savings rate
  • Interest can change weekly, so you have the benefit of the highest rates available
  • Account holders are limited to six transfers or withdrawals during each monthly statement cycle
  • There is no limit to the number of transfers or withdrawals handled in person, at the Bank ,or at an ATM, but service charges may apply
  • Funds are insured by the FDIC up to $250,000
