Estate Planning & Guardianships

Representing you and your interests

As a national trust company, one of our primary functions is to manage estates. We’re proud to serve as an estate’s personal representative or executor, removing the responsibility of settling an estate from family members’ shoulders. This service is particularly helpful in situations where the decedent did not want to place a burden on the surviving spouse or children, where surviving family members live out-of-town or out-of-state, where there are blended families or where there are concerns about the ability of family members to agree.
Stride Bank can also serve as a court-appointed guardian and/or conservator of the property of incapacitated persons.

For more information about our Estate Planning & Guardianship Services, please contact one of our Account Administrators.
